Paula Arroyo Uriarte
La investigadora Paula Arroyo Uriarte es graduada en Nutrición Humana y Dietética por la Universidad del País Vasco (UPV/EHU) desde el año 2017. Ha desarrollado su carrera profesional entre el País Vasco, Madrid y Barcelona. En 2018 continuó sus estudios con el Máster en Salud Pública de la Universidad Pompeu Fabra (UPF) y la Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB). Desde entonces, ha trabajado en el ámbito de la investigación cualitativa en el Institut Universitari d'Investigació en Atenció Primària (IDIAP Jordi Gol) y ha colaborado con diferentes proyectos de la Agencia de Salud Pública de Barcelona (ASPB). Actualmente es investigadora del grupo de investigación en Atención Primaria y Salud Mental (PRISMA) del Institut de Recerca Sant Joan de Déu donde desarrolla su tésis doctoral en el marco de la economía de la salud.
