International transfers of data are not foreseen, unless expressly indicated.

The personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine any possible liabilities that could derive from that purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archiving and documentation regulations.

The security measures implemented correspond to those provided for in Annex II (Security measures) of Royal Decree 3/2010, of January 8, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Government.
8. Rights of the data subject
The rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability may be exercised by contacting gir@idiapjgol.org. In any case, it will be necessary to provide proof of identity, such as a copy of your DNI (ID card) or equivalent.
