RESEARCH GROUPS

The Hospital Costa del Sol research group is made up of a group of researchers from 3 Andalusian provinces (Granada, Seville, Malaga). Its members are mainly clinical specialists (Oncology, Internal Medicine, Digestive...), Primary Care specialists, nurses, preventive medicine specialists and methodologists. It has a research trajectory in which it maintains a collaborative relationship with other groups, especially with those more dedicated to the characterisation of chronicity. In the last 9 years it has developed more than 360 publications, 47 projects (more than 60% collaborative), 6 patents and intellectual property registrations, 228 participations in congresses, 33 clinical trials and 17 doctoral theses.
