Research lines


Task 1. To identify and analyse the experiences, needs, preferences and associated utilities from the perspective of the public/patients/carers during the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of their illnesses, or when they seek to improve their well-being.

Task 2. To identify patient-relevant outcomes from the perspective of the public/patients and other stakeholders for the evaluation of PCC, SDM and self-management interventions.

Task 1. The co-design and evaluation of strategies and methodological guidelines to facilitate the participation of patients/carers/the public, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders in health services research and the implementation of strategies, policies and interventions.

Task 2. The evaluation of the impact of stakeholder involvement on research processes, ethics and inclusion, stakeholder empowerment, the quality of the evidence and the acceptance of the products.

Task 1. To identify and co-design strategies and interventions for PHC and SDM aimed at patients/the public/carers and healthcare professionals.

Task 2. To evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the strategies and interventions that promote PCC and SDM in PHC and in care continuity processes.
