Research lines


Task 1. To integrate and harmonize regional RWD infrastructures into a federated RWD network, focusing on the most prevalent diseases in the Spanish NHS and developing large, multiregional population based cohorts.

Task 2. To take advantage of the federated network of RWD within RICAPPS to conduct causal inference research to evaluate the pharmacotherapeutic management of the most prevalent diseases in the Spanish NHS, following the Target Trial Emulation framework.

Task 1. To apply different designs, methods, and adjustment techniques to deal with measured and unmeasured confounding and methodological pitfalls in causal inference.

Task 1. To design digital health tools and personalized interventions for patients and health care professionals.
