Research lines

Line 1To analyse health promotion and community care actions in and from primary health care.

Task 1. To understand and evaluate the actions of health promotion.

Task 2. To identify facilitating factors and barriers for reorientating services towards Community Actions and Promotion Health, considering intersectionality.

Task 3. To investigate community’s needs, opinions, and expectations regarding self-care, their perception of health, styles, and quality of life

Line 2To analyse the impact of social, cultural and environmental determinants, and the personal skills and attitudes related to public health.

Task 1. To analyze inequalities based on gender and other social determinants.

Task 2. To analyze inequalities affecting vulnerable populations.

Task 3. To propose and transfer good citizen practices acoss sectors and between countries.

Line 3To analyse the evolution of people and communities’ lifestyles at different stages of life.

Task 1. To analyse the evolution of lifestyles in older people (healthy aging, loneliness).

Task 2. To analyse the evolution of lifestyles in childhood and adolescence, with special attention to substance and behavioral addictions.

Task 3. To analyse the evolution of lifestyles in adults and special collectivities.

Line 4To design, develop and evaluate community actions and health promotion programs. To develop tools for the implementation and evaluation of strategies for health promotion and community participation.

Task 1. To design, develop and evaluate community and emotional well-being actions and strategies for different population groups (adults, women, children and adolescents).

Task 2. To promote active and healthy aging, following the European Scaling-up Strategy in Active and Healthy Aging program.

Task 3. To prepare reports, community action guides, and develop strategic plans i for health the promotion and community participation.
