Research lines


Task 1.To design tools for the early detection of common and/or relevant diseases.

Task 2.To design tools for predicting risk in the secondary prevention of common and/or relevant diseases.

Task 1.To evaluate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of screening and early detection strategies for common and/or relevant diseases.

Task 2.To carry out studies to evaluate the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of pharmacological interventions for the secondary prevention of common and/or relevant diseases.

Task 1.To design, develop and evaluate community actions in different population groups (adults, women, children and adolescents).

Task 2.To develop and evaluate community and emotional wellbeing strategies in different population groups.

Task 3.To promote active and healthy ageing, in accordance with the European Scaling-Up Strategy in Active and Healthy Ageing.

Task 4.To develop reports, community action guides and strategic plans for health promotion and community participation.
