Heather Lynn Rogers

Heather Lynn Rogers, is an Ikerbasque Research Associate in the Scientific Area of Primary Health Care, Prevention, Chronic Diseases and Aging of IIS Biobizkaia. More specifically, she is a member of the Research Group on Dissemination and Implementation Sciences in Health Services. She has a PhD in Medical Psychology, Master's of Public Health, Master's of Clinical and Health Psychology, and Bachelor's in Behavioral Psychology. She has been PI of a qualitative research project funded by the Carlos III Health Institute and the Basque Government Department of Health to evaluate the implementation of the Prescribing Health Lifestyles program in primary care. Regarding pan-European projects, she was a Collaborating Partner in the Joint Action Addressing Chronic Diseases and Healthy Ageing Across the Life Cycle (JA CHRODIS and CHRODIS+) from 2015-2020 and a Member of Management Committee of COST Action 15222 “European Network for cost containment and improved quality of health care” with Person-Centred Care as the solution from 2016-2021.
