Nere Mendizabal Gallastegui
Nere Mendizabal Gallastegui is a nurse and PhD in Public Health. She has been working for more than 10 years as a research nurse in the UIAPB. She is part of the research group “Research in comprehensive care for people with chronic diseases” of IIS Biobizkaia, being a PI and co-investigator of different research projects. She is a member of the RICAPPS and of the working group on inequalities of Osatzen (Basque Society of Family and Community Medicine) and semFYC. Her lines of research are focused on physical activity and chronic diseases on the one hand and on social inequalities in health on the other.
