Lilisbeth Perestelo Pérez
Director of the Evaluation Service of the Canary Islands Health Service (SESCS). She holds a PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology, is a specialist in Behavior Therapy, an expert in Health Services Evaluation, and works as a Clinical Psychologist in a private practice (Tenerife, Canary Islands).
She leads the Canary Islands group (SESCS) within the Spanish Network of Agencies for Health Technology Assessment (RedETS), which currently holds the Presidency of RedETS. She serves as the RedETS representative in the Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA) Subgroup for the implementation of the European Health Technology Assessment Regulation (HTAR).
She is a member of the GuiaSalud Scientific Committee and the lead researcher for the RICORS group in the Canary Islands within the Research Network on Chronicity, Primary Care, and Health Promotion (RICAPPS). She is also Coordinator of the Health Technology Assessment, Primary Care, Nursing, and Public Health Area of the Canary Islands Health Research Institute (IISC), Researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Technologies (ITB–University of La Laguna), and Co-Founder of the Ibero-American Network for Shared Decision-Making in Health (REDES).
Additionally, she coordinates the Person-Centred Care group and the PyDeSalud.com web platform at SESCS.
