Idoia Castillo Sintes
Mathematician currently working as a researcher in the Research and Innovation Unit at Basurto University Hospital (Bilbao), as part of the Biosistemak Institute for Health Systems Research. She is a member of the RICAPPS research network and takes part in projects focused on primary care and chronic diseases, where she mainly contributes through data analysis and statistical modeling. In addition to her researcher role, Idoia is also a lecturer at the University of Deusto, where she teaches Biostatistics within the course Evidence-Based Medicine and Epidemiology.
