Rebeca Martínez Lázaro holds a PhD in Health Sciences (Cum Laude) specializing in Neuroscience and synaptic plasticity, a Master's degree in Molecular Biotechnology from FH Campus Wien, and a BSc in Biochemistry from UAM. Her professional background bridges biomedical research and health evaluation, combining her scientific background with previous experience as a project consultant and an MBA in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
With international experience across Spain, the US, and Austria, she has a strong track record in scientific communication and high-impact research projects. Currently, she works as a researcher at the Canary Islands Health Service (Evaluation Service of the Canarian Health Service/Fundación Canaria Instituto de Investigación Sanitaria de Canarias), contributing to scientific networks such as RICAPPS and RedETS.
