Telecommunications Engineer, PhD in Computer Science and Principal Scientist at the Telemedicine and Digital Health Research Unit (UITeS) of the Carlos III Health Institute in Madrid.
His research areas of interest are the Semantic Interoperability of Electronic Health Records and Machine Learning (Artificial Intelligence) applied to medical data.
Brief Description of the Session
The RAICES project seeks to acquire new medical knowledge on HIV through a new semi-supervised learning algorithm for medical association rules on a dataset from the CoRIS cohort of the AIDS Research Network.
