Research lines
Line 1 To characterise and define the care needs of individuals, families and communities throughout the entire life course and at any point along the health–disease continuum (in close collaboration with WP1 and WP10). Nursing care can be used to promote a healthy lifestyle and prevent disease through the development of programmes and actions adapted to age, gender and the sociocultural context.
Line 2 To identify, adapt and design tools that enable the promotion and support of self-care for health maintenance and disease management in various populations and in various contexts (close collaboration with WP12). The development of tools to address lifestyles will make it possible to carry out nursing interventions focused on self-care, thereby ensuring access for the whole population and reducing inequalities.
Line 3 To implement nursing interventions for the care of the individual, the group and the community, both in health promotion and in the prevention and treatment of disease, and evaluate their effectiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Line 4 To evaluate the environment of nursing practice in the field of primary care, understanding it as a factor that affects nurses’ ability to provide high-quality care, and to promote the implementation of good practices (close collaboration with WP11). To ensure the successful implementation of good practices, it is essential to consider the organisational environment of nursing in order to ensure the success of the strategies for implementing good practices.
