Objetives
Support cooperative research, primarily in generating research projects for calls for applications where cooperation among several network groups is appropriate (mainly FIS calls)
Improve the quality of requested projects as well as the research products derived from the network.
Functions
Provide guidance in the search for collaborative groups and disseminate information to the rest of the groups when required.Review project drafts to suggest improvements.Assess trends and potential improvement solutions regarding project funding outcomes.Support the research plans of the Steering and Executive Committee.Tasks
The management tasks of this commission will be centralized within the network’s coordination team, which will also be responsible for recording this activity.
Approximately two to three months prior to the call for projects (mainly FIS), issue a call for groups to submit potential ideas and collaboration suggestions, and subsequently request them to send a draft including the most important sections for evaluation. In the event that a project rejected in the previous call is resubmitted, they will be required, if possible, to send it with the modifications suggested by the evaluators.Review research proposals submitted to the Commission to try to improve the project.Convene a teleconference prior to the call, with the participation of all the PIs of the groups, to discuss which project(s) they will apply for, if applicable.Support proposals submitted to other Evaluation Agencies.Members

Training Commission
Coordinator: Maria Sala
The Training Commission will be composed of a principal investigator from the group, acting as the head of the commission, along with representation from other groups. Its main objectives will be to promote the acquisition of multidisciplinary knowledge by RICAPPS researchers and to establish the researcher training program in health systems research to ensure generational continuity within the network. This group will report training and mobility plans to the Steering Committee and establish mechanisms to ensure the coordination of training activities.
