Objetive
The training program of RICAPPS aims to promote and facilitate collaboration, interaction, constant updating, and dissemination of knowledge through face-to-face and virtual activities. The topics of the courses and training activities must adapt to the objectives of RICAPPS, with special emphasis on knowledge transfer and orientation towards results.
Specific objectives
Identify the training needs of the network's groups and researchers to strengthen the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve the objectives proposed by RICAPPS.Identify national and international training courses/conferences/workshops that may be of interest to RICAPPS researchers.Promote exchanges between researchers from different groups to strengthen complementarity among them. Create a staff mobility program between groups.Tasks of the commission members
Develop a training plan that identifies training needs and existing courses that can meet these needs.Identify the need to create specific, ad hoc courses.Develop criteria to qualify for the training and mobility program.Monitor the training offered and completed. Evaluate the activities provided.Members

Research Commission
Coordinator: Maxi Redondo
The scientific commission will be composed of a principal investigator, acting as the head of the commission, along with a selection of other principal investigators. This commission is responsible for supporting the plans of the Steering Committee, including the annual research program. This program will be evaluated and approved by the Steering Committee.
This commission will focus on fostering collaboration among the groups within the network and, especially, between the working groups of longitudinal and cross-cutting objectives. Finally, the scientific commission will also be responsible for supervising and promoting excellence in research projects and outputs.
